Triple C Designs is an umbrella company for several stylish accessory lines prominent in the fashion, gift and promotional markets. We design, produce, import, sell and distribute the lines as well as develop private label lines for other brands and corporations. The Position:

The Production Manager is wholly responsible for managing the production of all of Triple C Design’s products. This includes the new product development process, private label products, complying with special requirements and overseeing the factories in China. This position includes the opportunity to propose, modify and implement systems and procedures and to enforce company policies and protocols as well as engage support staff and interns for assistance with the assigned duties. This position will directly supervise all junior production staff.

The Production Manager is expected to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage product development

• Lead the launch of new collections

• Assess and evaluate potential manufacturers

• Monitor performance of all vendors involved from production to delivery

• Oversee production, inventory management and quality control for all products

• Direct and analyze logistics

General Triple C Designs Team Member Responsibilities:

• Perform miscellaneous duties/projects to support other team members, as requested

• Contribute to the overall improvement of Triple C Designs

Special notes about position:

• Hours: Due to special order needs, logistics management and overseas vendors, this position may require some non-traditional work hours.

Required Skills:

• Excellent organization skills

• Superior attention to detail

• Ability to recognize and escalate issues

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

• Experience/comfort with ERP systems

• Ability to take initiative to resolve issues; identify issues to be raised to CEO/CFO

• Interpret company policies, as necessary

• Fluent in Mandarin (preferred)

Required Experience:

• Product development (including coordination between design team and factory)

• Production operations (leadership role)

• Product design and an understanding of design elements (preferred)

• Leading/managing teams and/or vendors in other countries (China preferred)

• Bachelors degree in relevant topic
